Edinburgh School of Food & Wine

On June 7, 2017, Poppy and his family went to the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine. They received instructions from Chef Ash MacMillan.
Ash demonstrated the intricacies of making traditional Scottish baked goods: Butteries, Scottish Shortbread, Soda Bread and Abernathy Biscuits.
Poppy and his family then made these wonderful treats.
